To address limited access to traditional capital and a general lack of investment infrastructure, Zidi introduces the Coop Investment Vehicle. This innovative platform enables diasporans to pool their resources, overcoming financial constraints and empowering even those with smaller denominations of investments to make a substantial impact. By leveraging the power of pooling, Zidi transforms the investment landscape, providing an accessible and inclusive platform for diasporans to invest in SMEs in their home and host countries.
The venture backers are reducing the SME finance gap that has been propelled by complexities that come with traditional funding, even so true for diaspora entrepreneurs, African entrepreneurs and other minorities who do not have access to financing(our research shows up to 80% are excluded). Providing financing to diverse founders is core to establishing a vibrant Startups ecosystem towards sustainable economic growth.

The Zidicircle Coop aims to reduce the knowledge, resources, and funding gap for startups and small and medium-sized businesses founded by underserved entrepreneurs who are driven by a positive impact on the environment, and society and support the sustainable development goals (SDGs).
Membership Requirements
To become a full member of the Zidicircle Coop and enjoy all the benefits that come with it, you need to:
- Pay membership fee (an initial 200 Euros and thereafter 180 Euros annually - payable as a lumpsum or 15 Euros per month for 12 months)
- Sign an NDA
- Sign the Membership Bylaws
- Fill out a form with members details
- Get a membership number
