We have an upcoming workshop scheduled for the 23rd of June 2022 at 12 PM CET to discuss what incentives founders can use to retain excellent talent in their companies.
For this workshop we’ll have two guest speakers:
Jason Stewart, a communications expert engaging in the startup ecosystem in Europe to
tackle and solve the issue of employee incentivization and equity management. He founded
the startup Fledgerr to solve the biggest issues in the European startup ecosystem. Jason
studied Entrepreneurship at The Hague University of Applied Sciences and has given several
guest lectures at Leiden University, Erasmus University, and The Hague University of Applied
Sciences.
Jason will share the current poor status of employee incentivization and compare it to
the successful case of the United States and will explain several solutions for startups.

Arzu Hasanova, a legal expert in Fledgerr helping start-ups and scale-ups to choose and implement the best incentive plan for their company strategy. Arzu as a founder of a start-up herself knows well how hard it is to attract and retain talent that is essential for growth.
She holds a Master’s degree in Law and for the past 3 years, she was mostly engaged with corporate and labour law in the Netherlands.
Arzu will share what incentive tools are available for start-ups and scale-ups and what fiscal implications are for both employers and employees, what are the advantages and downsides of each of them
